Four Chefs Collaboration Dinner – March 10th, 2013
Fond is hosting the third dinner in a series of four, where four of Philadelphia’s talented chefs have joined forces to create a unique 8-course tasting menu. Chefs Chris Kearse of Will BYOB, Nicholas Elmi of Rittenhouse Tavern, Jon Cichon of Lacroix, and our own Lee Styer are rotating restaurants and courses, and on Sunday, March 10th, they will be taking over the kitchen at Fond. Each chef will create two courses.
